Canyon EDC Adds Trolley Service to Christmas Open House Events
CANYON, TX – November 8, 2024– Canyon Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is thrilled to announce a new addition to this year’s Christmas Open House events! On November 16th, hosted by the Canyon Chamber of Commerce, and December 14th, hosted by Canyon Main Street and Canyon Farmers Market, shoppers and visitors will have the unique opportunity to ride the festive Trolleys, sponsored by the Canyon EDC.
The Trolleys will provide convenient transportation with five designated stops throughout Canyon to encourage shopping and exploring across the entire town:
- Canyon Square – Parking lot behind Shops on the 5th
- H.R. Flowers Area
- Blessed Buffalo & Canyon Popcorn Area
- Creek House Honey Farm
- West Texas Western Store
The Trolleys will not only provide ease of access between these locations but also enhance the holiday experience by showcasing the charm of Canyon, Texas.
Trolleys Schedule:
- November 16th: First departure from the Square – Parking lot behind the Shops on 5th at 12:00 PM, last pick-up at 3:00 PM
- December 14th: First departure from the Square – Parking lot behind the Shops on 5th at 10:00 AM, last pick-up at 2:00 PM
Please note that the Trolleys will follow a fixed route and is not intended to operate as a personal taxi service.
